Art making is an evolving practice of faith and staying present in the moment. I see painting as a journey in turning the eye inward. My paintings are abstract and yet very personal narrations that have grown out of my desire to discover, deepen, and enliven. My hope is that my work will welcome you into the elements of Self.

Dien Chan Zone or Facial Reflexology is a facial reflexology which uses established maps on the face to bring balance to the body. Reflexology is a message sent from outside to inside of the body by way of stimulating. VODDER MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE (FACE AND NECK)
Manual Lymph Drainage was developed by Dr. Emil Vodder in the 1930’s. Although, originally used to treat chronic colds and edema, it was quickly embraced by the European esthetic community for its ability to improve the appearance of the skin. MLD of the face and neck is a series of gentle, light, rhythmic movements meant to increase the circulation of lymph fluid through the lymphatic vessels. Stagnant lymph flow can show up in the skin as acne, puffiness, and general lack of glow. (In Person)

BODY LYMPH TREATMENT
Using gently flowing hands this treatment connects with the tissue and gently releases with a precise understanding of the human lymphatic system and know how to guide the lymphatic flow in the right direction to release blockages. We start with a warming foot bath to ground. Then using stroking and circling movements working down the back progressing along the back of the legs. Upwards over the feet, legs, stomach and décolleté to the arms. A gift of time, which is so important for a deep release. (In Person)
